Maria Moutzalias

Maria Moutzalias is a Michigan native and has been acting since she was six years old. She recently graduated from Eastern Michigan University earning a Bachelors in Psychology with a minor Theatre arts and is continuing her studies at Lesley University for a Masters in Drama Therapy. At Eastern Michigan University Maria performed in Richard III (Duchess of York) and Michigan Myths and Legends (ensemble). Maria has been performing playback theatre for three years as a member of EMUs Playback theatre troupe Six Figures. Maria is excited to continue her Playback journey at Matrix Theatre and is looking forward to all the stories and friends she will meet along the way. When Maria isn’t acting she enjoys cooking with her family and walking her dog Molly.
