scholarships and payment plans

Payment Plans: 

 

An option to pay for Summer Camp tuition through multiple payments instead of one lump sum is available to anyone that completes the request. Payment dates are flexible, provided the following two installment deadlines are met:

 

Payment Plan Procedure:

  1. Complete and submit the Payment Plan Request Form found below.

  2. Register for Camp through our website by clicking here 

  3. A $50 deposit (per camper/student) will be required at the time of registration.

  4. Submit additional payments following schedule below​

 

Payment Plan Schedule for Summer 2022

  • Due by 7/31/22: $150 for the first camper; $125 for each additional camper. 

  • Due by 8/31/22: $125 for the first camper; $125 for each additional camper.

Scholarships:

Our goal is to provide camp to all who are interested. Full and partial scholarships are based on availability. Unfortunately, funding is limited, so scholarship funds are reserved for families or individuals who demonstrate both interest and financial need.

 

This can be served by filling out the Scholarship Request Form found below:

 

1. Contact Information 

This includes information such as name, contact information, name and age of child (children).

 

2. Self-Report of Financial Need

This information is confidential and will be reviewed only by members of the scholarship review committee. The following information will be required.

 

3. Statement of Interest

We ask that you please submit a 300-word-or-less narrative explaining why the participant would like to attend our “Speak up with    Theatre” Summer Camp.  More details can be found on the application.

All scholarship application will be evaluated by Matrix Staff using the following criteria:

  • Timely submission of paperwork

  • Demonstrated financial need

  • Demonstrated interest in our program

  • Availability of scholarship funding
