Audition Opportunities at Matrix!

Auditions for Art Speaks: An Original Devised Performance

Directed by Amy Johnson

Matrix Theatre Company is seeking non-equity artists, performers, writers and creators to join us in the creation of a Matrix original devised show Art Speaks.

Matrix Theatre Company is excited to announce Art Speaks, a devised show inspired by murals in Corktown, North Corktown and Hubbard Richard Neighborhoods. Detroit street art is as provocative (or poignant) as it is pretty, especially in Southwest. Matrix is spending the next 6 months focusing on what the murals around us are saying, to whom, and why. This show is made possible by the generous support of the Community Foundation and Michigan Central Church Street Fund.
